We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, used or altered in any way. All tags must be attached and the product must be in its original packaging. If your package was delivered in the U.S., you are eligible for free returns shipping pursuant to our ‘Complimentary Shipping & Returns Promotion’, provided that you follow the instructions below.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of offer and to modify or cancel any promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems. Other restrictions may apply.

Full-price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Upon receipt of returned goods, AERIN reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

At this time, only offers UPS return labels for domestic return addresses. Please note that only products purchased on may be returned for refund.



  • Please contact AERIN customer service at or 1-866-647-3330 in order to receive complimentary shipping and your UPS return shipping label.
  • Reference and comply with the Return Instructions on the back of the AERIN invoice/packing slip (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package.


  • Make a copy of the modified invoice for your records.


  • Affix the return label provided on the outside of the return package.
  • If the label is not available, all returns should be packaged properly, insured and addressed to:

  • Your return will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for requested replacement packages is usually 7 – 10 business days from the time the request is received. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal U.S. holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return request.


  • When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for a shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-866-647-3330.
  • Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for expedited service.
  • To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.


Items purchased at department stores or any other store selling AERIN merchandise cannot be returned to


Should you select a refund, AERIN will refund the original form of payment you provided. We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise and will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.


AERIN will honor a one-time price adjustment within 10 days of the shipment date.
